The most awful internet I have ever had, very expensive and totally useless support desk. They are mixing old and new requests and they never answer directly my questions. I have to repeat them again and again.

Very bad expérience. I made a mistake in the delivery address, the parcel has not left yet (it will leave this night) I called the store however they told me it is not possible to change the address in their system. The mistake is mine but they have zero flexibility. Never again.

Thanks for your review, I'm sorry you were not happy with the service provided in your recent contact with us. I've looked into your case and I can see that you got in touch 4 hours after your order had been placed, so while it had not yet been shipped it had already been prepared for dispatch by our warehouse and so it was too late for any amendments to be made. Worst delivery service ever. I have ordered a mobile a week ago and they have cancelled the deliver 3 times already. I cannot believe these people are getting paid by us.
