WIFI Outages galore!

WIFI Outages - very frequently for hours on end and sometimes intermittent for a few minutes. It is NOT a good service at all and certainly not the cheapest either where one can expect bad coverage. I am moving because its really frustrating.

ICS fraude bescherming is een leugen

Bij frauduleuze aankopen kan je weinig verwachten van ICS - terwijl ze aangeven dat je door je kaart te gebruiken beschermd bent. Niet dus! Een bedrijf dat via Lidl online webshop op Google met een vogelkooi adverteert, die ik vervolgens met de kaart betaal, blijkt een vermoedelijk Chinees nepbedrijf dat na de aankoop geen bevestiging stuurt en in de webgeschiedenis een foutmelding geeft dus de Lidl pagina was frauduleus. Ik open een dispuut bij ICS na een telefoontje aan ze waar dit blijkbaar niet de 1e keer is dat Lidl frauduleus wordt gebruikt door scammers. Ik stuur de door hun gevraagde info en een screenshot die ik gelukkig had gemaakt vd Lidl pagina met de bestellingsbevestiging en een kopie van mijn geschiedenis. Een week later krijg ik de mededeling dat ik een bestellings bevestigings email plus bewijs dat ik met de (fake) winkel contact heb gemaakt moet voorleggen want anders moet ik de fake aankoop alsnog betalen! Hoe dan? De email heb ik niet gehad, ook niet in spam, en het bedrijf maakt gebruik van Lidl en verdwijnt dan na de aankoop - dus geen idee wie dit bedrijf was! ICS belooft fraude bescherming maar laat je hangen als het je overkomt. Thumbs down voor dit bedrijf.

Het navigatie systeem is ronduit gevaarlijk en BMW Belux erkent dit maar doet niets

De navigatie in de auto is een ramp en levert een onveilige rijervaring - en dit na de laatste 2025 update! het is onbetrouwbaar doordat het afgesloten wegen niet herkent waardoor je moet stoppen en je mobiel moet raadplegen en tevens geeft het foutieve snelheidslimieten aan waardoor je of te hard of juist te langzaam rijdt wat leidt tot meerdere boetes of gefrustreerde rijders achter je. . Op de snelweg een paar keer bv 30 km per uur!
De voice recognition is zeer slecht terwijl bv dit bij huurautos Volvo en zelfs KIA foutloos functioneert.
Mijn klacht hierover aan BMW Belux wordt totaal niet serieus genomen en terwijl ze het probleem erkennen, doen ze er niks mee. Ik woon sinds November in Belgie en met mijn meisjesnaam Elisabeth de Reus na het overlijden van mijn man. Mijn trustpilot account is derhalve nog Amerikaans.

Ill never buy TCL again!

Interface is too confusing. Too many log in issues and then the app wors differently giving different options. It freezes, lags and take a long time to load aps. This tv disconnects from the HBO app after a brief pause and logs me out so I have to restart the tv, then log back in and if lucky - I get to watch in 5 mins - if not Ill have to repeat all over again. This happens at least three times daily. My tv provider here had one and it took her months to understand how to gets apps installed because of errors msgs and then one is stuck trying it another way. Wish I had not bought this. I may retire this and buy a good tv but NEVER TCL again.

Niets kopen - oplichters!

Niets kopen! Deze (Chinese) firma is een Nederlandse dropshipper die met valse beschrijvingen chinese rommel verkoopt en als je wilt terugsturen je het naar China moet terugsturen. Waar het natuurlijk nooit aankomt! Ze geven aan een cashmere trui te verkopen voor €60 en het is nep - geen cashmere dus. Iets wat je bij Zeeman voor €15 koopt. Ik ga via mijn advocaat en consumenten organisaties (Kassa, Consuwijzer ed) stappen ondernemen tegen dit bedrijf. Meedoen? Laat een bericht achter.

Dont use! Seems to be a scam.

Dont use! Signed up, it charged my credit card and immediately got an email that my credit card was declined and to use another card - so I changed credit card - same thing - changed to another location - same problem. Not very reliable!

Gwenda (vermoedelijk dependance Mechelen) is echt geweldig. Ze heeft mijn abonnement tot in de puntjes verzorgd en is daarbij nog s super aardig! Probleemloos en hele goede deal!

Because I did not complete my profile, they have called me an average of two times per day to remind me along with emails. In the USA this is considered harassment. For that reason, I will NOT sign up with them.

Dit restaurant moet gerenoveerd en beter schoongemaakt

De pizzahut in de buurt van Zaventem was smerig - om 10 over 12 lag het tot op de draad versleten tapijt vol kruimels en opgestapelde viezigheid. De zitbank had een giga scheur in het kussen en de salade bar was afgedekt met 3 grote plastic deksels die duidelijk niet pasten zodat als ik sla wilde pakken, ik eerst de deksels moest verwijderen anders zaten die giga deksels in de weg. Het is een rare setup. De kok en de serveerster waren wel heel vriendelijk, het leek erop dat dit het enige personeel was! Ik denk dat die bekaf zijn na hun werkdag en de schoonmaak er bij inschiet. De pizza was lekker al was er 1 bij die niet helemaal gaar was.

Verwarrende saldo benamingen

De transacties blijven soms 3 dagen als pending staan - bv iets op 7 nov gekocht - wordt het pas om 10 nov afgeboekt waardoor het saldo verwarrend werkt - meerdere malen las ik het “saldo” ipv “beschikbaar saldo” en moest ik snel even geld overzetten. Onhandig en onoverzichtelijk.

Wat een vreselijke klantenservice! Vermijden dus - ik wilde hun service nemen - nou Tim die voor de chat functie werkt deed er uren over terug te chatten. Online lukt het niet me aan te melden. Belachelijke dienstverlening dus! Bi bi Telenet - zat beter aanbod!

Scam! Charges credit card before trial ends.

Dont do the trial! Cancelled trial 2 days before due date because it had zero impact and they charged my credit card! I am filing a BBB complaint and a credit card dispute. The program contents are minimal and youtube has similar free sessions for IBS. Highly disturbing they use this illness to generate money.

NEVER EVER! will I book Jetblue

Worst airline I have ever tried to book with. Traveling with my daughter who has a small miniature dachshund. We called prior to booking and were told by a Philippine rep there were 6 pet places available on board which we could then book and pay for on their site under “seats and extras”. Uh no, there was no field to do it so we called back - another Phippines rep said to go ahead and book and call right back. We booked 1500 euro tickets, called and a female rep told us all 6 of the pet places were taken! Because she was rude we called again, got another Phillipine rep who said the return flight from Florida did not have pet availibility. I got very irritated and asked to speak to his supervisor who told me that pets could not fly at all with their airline! Really??? Why did all your reps lie? She told me I could cancel the flight online within 24 hours with no cancellation fee but I told her to stay on the phone while I did. And sure enough, basic fare did not qualify for a free cancellation but cost $100 to cancel! So we spent 3 hours to get zero result! JETBLUE- NEVER AGAIN!

Credit card awards program is one big scam.

Their credit card awards program is a total scam. Their socalled free Reward nights take points AND charge hefty dollar prices. As in the case of Iberostar hotel Cristina in Palma de Mallorca - they require 24000 points per night plus $251 per night for a 4 day stay in July whereas if I book the hotel for the same period on a website it costs $802! . I would pay $ $202 more and loose 96 thousand points (a so called value of $672). I have the wriiten proof right here. This is scamming people and I fully intend to take this up with our FL attorney general consumer department. Please let me know if you wish to participate!

Unsanitary, horrible food, smells of sewage on ship

I am filing a complaint because conditions were very unsanitary around the buffet areas and foods were definitely NOT as you pictured them on your flyers and websites for example the Burger cafe served only ultra thin patties that were so thin the sides got burned. The deli did not make what was on the menu, a panini was toasted white sandwhich bread as were most of the other items. The salads were luke warm and I felt they were not safe to eat. Tables were full of left over food plates for hours and nobody cleaned the tables or wiped them down. You post that there is no waiting for buffet foods on the ship yet there were 30 minute + lines for most buffets. The ice cream machines were filthy because kids ran rampant and made messes that were not cleaned up at all. Dirty spoons in a jar right next to the clean ones near the coffee machines and I witnessed that most people grabbed from the wrong jar. When I complained to one of two managers, the first evening, I was told they would talk to someone. Understaffed pizza and hamburger cafes where the one poor cook had to serve lines that went around to the seafood shack the whole cruise! Not enough cleaners to keep the food areas sanitary. My daughter developed a type of mouth ailment that made her lips and mouth burn which is a candida transferable contagious disease typically caused by unsanitary dishes. The whirlpools were extremely unsanitary overloaded with way too many kids (30 in a regular sized whirlpool) with the adult whirlpool being the same and no personnel on duty to check or correct capacity, we observed one lifeguard attending the pool area. So we did not use them, wanted to, but decided we did not want to end up with health issues. The hallways leading to the rooms reeked of marijuana and sewage. The casino allowed smoking which permeated to other inside areas and to get to the Silver restaurant we were assigned to for dinner and breakfast, we were told to go through the casino and as I have lung problems it caused some breathlessness and distress. The portions in the restaurant were too small (2 spoons of mashed potatoes, 2 small glazed carrots, with a tiny steak and three medium sized shrimps for an appetizer, or half of a waffle (where the menu stated waffles) for breakfast. A croissant without butter nor jelly served, and if I asked the attendant for more, he did not bring it. I weigh 135 lbs so the portions even for me, were tiny. Scrambled eggs seemed to be made of a powdered substance really I can go on and on. Yes, it was that bad. The maitre d was a rather gruff man who got very short when I complained because although I selected 6 pm dining, they changed it to late dining without notice. They are so severely understaffed that sanitation, quality and quantity suffers. It was embarrassing at times and what should have been fun turned into a frustrating experience. What we also noticed is that marine protocol was not followed about safety measures while onboard. Nobody explained to us when we boarded where life vests were located or what to do in an emergency. The lady that was supposed to just asked to see our badge to check us in. I felt very unsafe and I have been on cruises before with Carnival, Disney and P&O but this was really a trip that I don’t elect to remember. I am filing a complaint with the VSP Inspectors and Consumer Advocate Office Florida Attorney General. I have filed a complaint with Carnival with no response except automatically generated emails. I welcome other cruise guests with similar experiences to contact the VSP inspectors or FL attorney General.

Smerigste winkel ooit. Toiletten zaten vol derrie van klanten en er lag overal water op de vloer. Vunzig. Onbeschoft personeel! En goedkope rommel die verkocht wordt die je overal kan kopen voor dezelfde prijs in een nette winkel dus nooit weer.
