I ordered a Le Crueset Flamme Doree saucepan. I am UK based. I received full tracking via DHL. The saucepan arrived 9 days from me placing my order. Well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with my order.
Waiting for ever for a refund
I ordered a pillow and received an email apologizing saying that the pillow I ordered wasn't in stock. Ok fine things happen. I asked for a refund. Customer service said of the refund will be processed. It has now been well over a month with no refund. I've emailed them several times about it and they just keep giving me the run around. I'm pretty sure I'll never get that refund back. Just be careful ordering from this website.
A great source for Artemide lighting fixtures
The Tattahome website is easy to navigate and contains their extensive list of products. I purchased an Artemide light fixture--which was substantially less than the price any retailer was offering in the United States. Despite a large DHL charge, and a U.S. tariff, the savings was still substantial. The fixture arrived pretty quickly and was packaged perfectly. It is also worth nothing that the fixture was requested and shipped for U.S. electrical requirements. I have purchased a number of Artemide light fixtures from Tattahome and have been delighted with the purchasing and delivery services.

The company COMPLETELY forgot its promised timing. I waited 3 months for it and then completely forgot all about it! Thank goodness I remembered because they certainly took my money right from the start! However, the customer service was so rude, so disingenuous, and dragged out our chat for weeks when I brought this to their attention. To make matters worse, DHL wouldn’t deliver it to me until I paid the tariffs on it. This important detail was never noted my original order with Tattahome. And when I checked back in with customer service (“Andrew”) about that next factor he told me that my “president” was the reason for it!

Great products - Bad tariffs not your fault
I ordered my product from Tattahome because they had what I needed at a good price. I could not find the items in the finish that I wanted from any supplier in the US and had they been available would have been much more expensive.
I got an acknowledgement that my order had been received and then nothing after that for almost a month. When I'd check online, it would just say that it was in process.
Once it was picked up by DHL which I know is the only shipper that handles the new tariffs imposed by the US, I was able to track my package. The day before my package was to arrive, I received a notice from DHL that unless I paid the tariff imposed they would not deliver my package. Fair enough. The tariff imposed was about the same as the cost of the products themselves.
I might have reconsidered my decision when purchasing if I had an idea of what the tariff would have been. I realize that Tattahome does not collect nor impose the fee but perhaps they could arrange with the carrier to give the purchaser a preview of what the tariff will be.
Unfortunately, I don't carry a table of tariffs that have been imposed by our president that mean to "hurt" those countries based on his ikes and dislikes. We, the citizens, of the US are the ones hurt and must pay for it.

I ordered from the UK company and they have still not delivered my item after over a month and didn’t realise it comes from Italy and they want me to pay another £50 in import tax.
When I said would refuse delivery this was the response.
“If the goods are returned, you will not receive any refund for shipping costs, and customs duties for Italy will be deducted from the refund amount”.
They are absolutely awful and don’t believe the product is genuine either as said my Le Crueset pan is bespoke and made to order.
They never tell you the import rate and when are a French company not sure why is coming from Italy.

Excellent service, early delivery
I was concerned at least as some reviews I found online weren't too reassuring. However they had the item I was looking for and decided to give it a go. Prior to purchase, I have been in contact with their sales dpt to confirm availability of the product and expected ship time. I had an extremely pleasant interaction with sales first and customer care after, the latter issuing invoice and proof of payment. They shared very clearly all the steps I was going to go through, and a couple of days later I received an email from the courier that the item was being shipped. The lamp I ordered arrived two days earlier than expected, and I am so pleased with the purchase I am seriously tempted to get another one. Amazing service, thank you so much guys!

Hit with Tax and Poor Customer Service
I was hit with a large tax on arrival in the UK without warning. One of the two lamps I ordered has become faulty - switching itself off. They are demanding a video of it switching itself off! I have done that but their mailbox is too small to accept the video. They are (unreasonably according to the advice I have received) refusing to oblige a fix without this. I don't even want a refund. I just want the lamp to work. I will not buy from them again.

I did not get my first order as I had to pay an outrageous amount of taxes (which was not indicated when I ordered the item) so this was a lot of wasted money and time. I am still waiting on my refund for the two other orders I placed.

I ordered an item three months ago and requested a refund after two, having found the wait to be longer than I had expected.
Tattahome, incredibly unprofessionally, tried to argue with me over my cancellation request which I have never before received experienced. It came across as quite aggressive! Finally, they relented promising me a refund in 15 days. However, it never came. I emailed them at least four times to chase it up.
At first they would reply claiming that they would chase up the billing department. Eventually they stopped replying altogether and I was left with no option other than to open a case with PayPal.
Reading other reviews I see I’m far from alone in this experience and others have also experienced the concerning resistance to their refund requests! Dodgy and dishonest. Their snide responses to other reviewers also speak in volumes. Avoid!
The product looks great
The product looks great. I love the plates that I received however, I was hit with a huge tax upon arrival in the United States that I was not made aware of an advance. I paid more to DHL than I did for the entire cost of the product although I know it's not the companies fault they should make you aware in advance that you're going to be hit with such a heavy duty.
