YOOX Is No Longer What It Used to Be
I have shopped at YOOX since 2005. I was a SUPERSTAR, but it seems since YOOX was acquired by Net A Porter, that your service has been pretty circumspect. There's always some weirdness when purchasing for a sale. Items are suddenly missing from the Dream Box, or the prices vary widely, or -my personal favorite, an item is in my shopping bag, but I can't purchase it and then after the sale suddenly it's available again-back to regular price! Lol. Or a Jil Sander cashmere poncho that was $200 forever and one day is priced at $690. More than once I have been sent the wrong item and your customer service persons are generally polite but mostly unhelpful. They tend to double down on these kinds of awkward inconveniences. Like I was told my SUPERSTAR status depends on the caprice of whomever decides such things. No explanation that I have received has been credible. I can't remember the last time there was free shipping. In one since it's worked because it's caused me to shop less on your site. I still purchase things now and then, but I am aware of other places where I can spend my hard earned coin.
