My original item was not available after ordering but I was contacted by Andrew in customer services and advised that I could get the updated version at no extra cost. Told me delivery would be 3-4 weeks. Item arrived in 3 weeks and I was kept up to date on the progress of my order all the way through. No issues at all and would happily purchase from them again.

First time I've used service and was apprehensive as I had to attend a works function. Got a courtesy call from driver a couple of hours before pick up to confirm booking. Driver turned up on time and got me to function without a problem. Same driver was doing collection and we arranged time for return journey. Driver said if things changed just text him. Function finished early so I text driver and he was with me within 20 minutes. Will definitely use service again.
