Diabolical company avoid at all costs

Diabolical. Copy of complaint below. Steer we’ll clear. This is the culmination of weeks before of poor service, misinformation, lies and broken commitments.

No one turned up to put scaffolding up today and no one had the courtesy to telephone or e-mail to explain why or to apologise.

I also phoned your company twice today at 10:49am and at 11:28am but no one returned my calls either.

At 10:49am I explained that I needed an ETA as we had an appointment and needed to be out between 12:15-12:45pm if possible and I was told you would be asked to telephone me back. I said not to use our home telephone line as it’s not working and to use my mobile and the woman I spoke to confirmed the last four digits of my mobile number. I have received calls on my mobile from you before and you also have my e-mail address as per our previous e-mail correspondence shown below so there is absolutely no reason why you or someone from Fresh Electricals or EON couldn’t have contacted me today. I telephoned again at 11:28am as no one had phoned me back and was told by a man that again that I would be phoned back once he had spoken to the scaffolders but still I didn’t get a call back.

I can only imagine that you and your colleagues were all aware the scaffolders were not coming today and just didn’t want to have a conversation about that. But as a result I have wasted a whole day’s holiday and didn’t make the lunchtime appointment in case the scaffolders turned up.

This installation has been a complete debacle and we have been continually lied to, messed around, had various e-mails and phone calls ignored and this has been going on since February when we were told it would take a month from signing up to installation.

It’s now August and we’ve been messed around and ignored yet again today as you are aware.

We are now so disgusted and frustrated with EON and Fresh Electricals that unless you can confirm that the installation will still be going ahead on Friday 5th August as per your e-mail below (how you’ll do that without scaffolding though I don’t know) then we will cancel the contract and will use a different company that knows something about customer service.

We would like a response form yourselves and EON by 5pm tomorrow (Wednesday 3rd August) as we are not willing to waste another day’s holiday waiting in on Friday 5th August for potentially no one to bother turning up again without some explanation or communication form yourselves and EON.

Terrible experience purchasing solar…

Terrible experience purchasing solar panels through Eon. Originally intended for fitting by end of march and still waiting as of 2nd August having waited in all day today for scaffolding to be erected and no one turned up, the latest in a series of missed expectations and customer service woes.
First step after purchase was meant to be a technical survey, after weeks of waiting for this we were requested to scribble the dimensions of our house and email it over (unprofessional). We were then requested to provide a number of pieces of information to confirm installation could go ahead, each time weeks elapsed with the customer service team chasing us for information provided weeks earlier. We then had an installation date which was cancelled due to supply issues, we
Had a revised installation date and we’re given a scaffolding appt 3 days after installation for should have happened… we had another revised installation date and scaffolding due to erected today and no one turned up or answered our calls. I’m missing out about a dozen chasers we made to the company over a period of 5 months for brevity’s sake .

Just an utterly unprofessional and diabolical company to deal with.

Excellent experience from start to…

Excellent experience from start to finish. I’m approx 5 months in and results have already surpassed expectations and I have no visible bald spots.

Darryl and Matt gave all the right information warts and all from start to finish and the experience on the day with doctor chaudry was very professional. I myself as recommended and I would be happy to recommend to others

Good until you need support updated

The order process is very slick and as far as I can tell after 12 weeks the aligners are working. However like most online only services when things go off script support is lacking, I had (what I thought) was a minor IT snag, the app and website on login are both stuck at ‘order your aligners’ stage despite being 3 months in. The dashboard of progress is therefore empty, I have not been prompted to load photos for progress and as such could not have had any oversight by a qualified dentist the entire time.

I contacted them 4 weeks in and was told someone would respond within 3-5 days. After two weeks with no response I contacted them again and was again told 3-5 days still no response. I considered stopping my treatment and asking for a refund, but just want them to resolve the issue!

If I was advising a new customer, I would say don’t pay in full upfront even if slightly cheaper as there is no recourse. Also they ask for a review straight after receiving your aligners… wait 2 months before reviewing. Lot of reviews seem to be directly after receipt which is too early to judge. Up to this point they were very good for me also but your paying to have your teeth straightened not reviewing a mail delivery service.

I don’t know why you have to call a company out publicly or write a letter of compliant to a CEO before anyone will actually respond… hence online only companies, great when everything goes smoothly but if you have an issue nowhere to be seen

17th September update: upgraded my review from3 to 4 stars. Have now completed the course and my teeth are exactly as predicted. But for the poor online support response (my issue was finally responded to) and lack of dentist oversight this would have been a 5 star review

The arrogance of this company

The arrogance of this company. Please arrange for someone to be in between 8am-6pm on a Monday as this cannot be changed and they cannot be more specific with delivery and we provide no contact details. Honestly outrageous
