Very bad company! Be carefull!

First Wirex was good, but now - you can forget this company!
After one year normal business, they ask me again for verification. I had send many documents, but all was not enough and they dont let me go back to my card account with money on it. Very bad!
So its was useless to send more details and i decide to end this stupid discussions with wirex and ask for delete the account and i'll cutt the card now.


Suddenly, in May, they blocked my account with no reason given and asked me for verification of my account even though I have had it for a long time.
I supplied the verification.
A week later, they unblocked my account, and stated that I was verified - again. and again.
A week ago, they blocked my cards and suspended my account AGAIN without warning. Even though I have emailed 8 times they won't give me a reason, and it is causing me problems.
Judging from the reviews on this site, it is happening to an awful lot of people, and causing them stress, worry, and financial problems. I am now in the same boat.
Take a look at the poor reviews on here it looks like wirex are going under or just pulling and exit scam. - everyone is getting the same response, i.e., 'dreadfully sorry, your complaint has been escalated to the relevant team'. marginally better that parcelforce or royalmail which only give "on its way" or "delivered".
must be cheap or Dell and Apple wouldn't use them but it seems having a global containerised solution able to merge bulked shipped items with shipments in transit is more useful than customer service.
