Nothing new I can add to what already has been said. Syncreon is really pathetic at their work.
Can't understand why Dell still use them. Its a very basic thing for a logistics company to provide correct status update to the customers but Syncreon can't even manage to do that leave alone timely deliveries.
As others have posted, use DHL to track your order status. Its a lot better.

Bad conversion rate. Excess fee charged. I might never use xendpay again.
