Aiden, or Adrian, Musgrove or Baldwin whatever name he chooses to go by was recommended by a friend. He came round and quoted, measured up and came back as promised. He did a good job, or so we thought. Book shelves are not fit for purpose and many have started to bend in the middle. Catches for the doors have broken after only two or three uses and hinges detached from the doors. To top that he has disappeared with £500 of our money and our glass shelves. I now discover that he has “vanished”. We cannot contact him at all. We want our shelves and / or our money. I am very controlled at the moment but will be starting legal proceedings soon. I would also like to speak to the reviewer who had him charged with Fraud. I have spoken with Facebook to stop his fraudulent advertising and with Trading Standards.
