I have never signed up for or used this site. Someone has used my details. I have contacted lottomart and been assured they will sort this out and call back - nothing.

Well packaged, fast delivery with great communication. Meaty excellent quality food my cats love.

I was not expecting the table and chairs to be unpacked, all rubbish taken away and the table be built, set up and adjusted. Normally things arrive and are dropped and left for us to do. It was a very welcome surprise.

Neil and Steve phoned when on their way, they introduced themselves, they were friendly and approachable. I cannot fault their customer service at all.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I mostly use the virtual store where the staff are efficient and knowledgeable, friendly and so fast!!!!!

The products are presented beautifully making them even more enticing and the service is second to none- no sooner have you ordered than it is on your doorstep. Wonderful.

Aiden, or Adrian, Musgrove or Baldwin whatever name he chooses to go by was recommended by a friend. He came round and quoted, measured up and came back as promised. He did a good job, or so we thought. Book shelves are not fit for purpose and many have started to bend in the middle. Catches for the doors have broken after only two or three uses and hinges detached from the doors. To top that he has disappeared with £500 of our money and our glass shelves. I now discover that he has “vanished”. We cannot contact him at all. We want our shelves and / or our money. I am very controlled at the moment but will be starting legal proceedings soon. I would also like to speak to the reviewer who had him charged with Fraud. I have spoken with Facebook to stop his fraudulent advertising and with Trading Standards.

Ordered a last minute Xmas present that I’d forgotten all about but did not expect to receive before the day. My order was dispatched immediately and was with me within two days. Well packed and a top quality item. Thank you for being so efficient.

I placed my order yesterday with AO who are always brilliant. At 7.15 this morning I received a call from Martin and James needing final directions. They were a breath of fresh air! They didn't wait till they got lost before they called which is a bonus as I hate talking people in. They brightened my morning - chatty, funny, efficient and thoughtful. I would totally recommend them and ArrowXL for deliveries. thank you

Excellent range and choice. Teenage boys are notoriously difficult to dress but you've just made it easier for me to choose surprises that I know he will like.

Youngest son now has xbox live and then found at 3.30pm on a Sunday that he needed Microsoft points to play his favourite game.
