Aidan Baldwin the scamming mastermind behind Sleek Storage is a crook. Unfortunately I had not read the previous reviews so asked Aidan to provide a quote for some work. Aidan provided a quote over the phone and came to do the measurements. At this stage I was asked to provide a 40% deposit, which I paid via BACS and was told the work would be completed in a few weeks.

A few weeks passed and I became completely unable to contact Aidan by phone, text or email. I was forced to take make a fraud claim against him which I won.

Vermin person/company who thinks it is fine to theive off people and it appears that I am not the only one.

My next step is to inform Trading Standards. Please do not use and let your friends and family know too

Genuinely the most ridiculous process ever. Unable to amend flights online, it then takes 2 weeks for them to confirm that it has been changed. Once changed the names are incorrect and a check in bag has been dropped off the booking. Call to change and I am still here 2 weeks later waiting for that to be confirmed.

I call each day to be told 'its under management' and the blame is put on me or the airline Iberia. They seem unable to contact Iberia which is strange as I get through each time, I even offered to pass Lastminute.com the number to assist....ridiculously poor company.

I should add that a friend booked separately from the group with Expedia, same flights, same changes. He was able to do this online at a cost of £65.....last minutes charges were £110. Again the difference was blamed on Iberia.....yet my friend is on the same flight for less?!?!?!

I have complained directly to Lastminute on the 19th May......I am still yet to receive an acknowledgement despite chase emails.

Book with Expedia, Book with Expedia, Book with Expedia or absolutely anybody other than Lastminute. Really Really Poor.
