My order arrived with the watch missing

My order arrived with the watch missing. I emailed customer service, showed the pictures of the items that did come and Anne agreed right away that there was an error. She immediately sent out the missing item to me and followed up to make sure that it arrived.

She was so pleasant and responsive I appreciate her customer service greatly.
