Top supermarché

Livraison fluide, pratique, précise et en temps réel de produits frais et emballés logiquement. L'application fournit toutes les étapes de la livraison, et il y a aussi une option pour contacter le chauffeur (et suivre la distance en temps réel). En plus de tout, ils vendent des produits locaux et de saison fantastiques, tels que les myrtilles sauvages. Merci !

STOP CALLING MY NUMBER EVERY DAY AND…

Edit: You requested more details so that you can ‘further’ discuss ‘my issue’. I am not giving you more details so you fan call me even more. You should stop calling ANY customer who ONCE told you to stop and erase their number. I asked various salepersons who have been contacting me to stop calling me and have been blocking the numbers.

STOP CALLING MY NUMBER EVERY DAY AND SHARING IT WITH OTHER COMPANIES!! I AM NOT INTERESTED!!!!

Wonderful design and great support

Wonderful design, especially for cat lovers, and great customers' support. A screw from one of the chairs from the garden set fell off and got lost and I asked Pylones if they can provide me with a substitute screw, since the chair was otherwise not useful, and they sent it via post. Thank you :)

I got BLOCKED after posting an ad for…

I got BLOCKED after posting an ad for an IKEA item and at the same time purchasing an item and now I cannot even track the shipment progress or whether they will just keep the money. They were very vague in their generic email about the reasons for blocking mon compte (account). I have challenged their unreasonable and unexpected conduct via an online form to no avail yet.
Unbelievable!

HORRIBLE service

HORRIBLE service! Twice they ‘attempted delivery’ never called, buzzed, nothing, had all access codes, apartment number… I was home watching from my window on the streets! They say we were not home! They give a 2 hours delivery slot, they ‘come’ earlier and/or never attempt and the email says they will attepmt again without providing any details for the next delvery (the or what was th eissue with the ‘attempt’. They also make you wait an hour on a call and then hang up. Recheduling took 3 days. Sent us the time slot after I emailed them, called, and tried to chat with the chat bot… Horrible.. Never again ordering from amazon.fr

A bit dissatisfied

EDIT: after the review they fixed the broadband issue. I should have written this when my sim has been messed up.

—-The worst company in Denmark. Everything needs to be done over the phone. They messed up my number when moving from another company. Slimed their way not to make any compensations. Don’t forget to cancel their services a month in advance otherwise they will show no compassion in taking your money.

You should be able to get compensated for the days your signal has not been there though.

Fantastic customer support

Fantastic customer support. Quick, efficient, and to my satisfaction. I had problems logging into my account on the last day of some good discounts, so I could not make the purchase. I sent an enquiry, and even though some overlook was on my part a year ago (I did not activate the account), they asked me to create it again, deleted the old one, transferred my points, and even created a code with the same discount I was unable to apply because of the log in problem. Happy customer - returning customer :)

I am very disappointed how my issue was…

I am very disappointed how my issue was dealt with. I received an item which was in good but visibly used shape, despite being advertised as ‘almost as new’. I failed to report this immediately because the seller seemed nice and I was thinking whether should I accept it and write a review to say that it has not been sent in a condition as advertised, or should I just move on with my life and not get into a dispute (but unhappy because I was not told the right condition) or should I try to return the item. After 8 days, before raising any issues with the seller, to avoid confrontation etc, I asked Trendsales what to do. And they told me I should report it. Before submitting a report I was prompted by the system to contact the seller. Of course the seller didn’t want the item back because they know they advertised falsely and I reported the case. But the Trendsales now told me that all reporting should be done within 2 days of picking up the package. If they told me this at the point when I first contacted them to enquire about this issue, they would have saved me a whole day of unpleasant conversations with the seller. I recognise that, because of my schedule and overthinking this matter, I failed to report it immediately, but when I contacted Trensales they should have been very clear about the 2 day rule so I would not even raise this with the seller. Now the whole situation left ‘the bad taste’. Thankfully, the item was not expensive, but I am not comfortable using this platform for buying anymore.

Our first recommendation is always to contact the seller to see if you can find an agreement, and we are glad to see that this was also your approach. If you are unable to find a solution, we are happy to review the situation.

The two-day-rule is to ensure that the condition is not the buyers fault. If we don’t receive a report within this timeframe, it makes it increasingly difficult for us to make any claims on the buyers behalf, that the item is not as promised. We are sorry that it was not communicated thoroughly, that you need to voice any concerns about a product within 48 hours.

It does sound like your case what handled interdepartmentally, which might explain the miscommunication. I have noted this, so we can prevent this issue in the future.
