Packaging of the packaging could be better - good service otherwise.

Products were fine but I’m surprised a packaging supplier doesn’t package its packaging better. We received 2 deliveries - both knocked about a fair bit in transit. The flat boxes were merely strapped together and the outer ones consequently damaged, and a strapping dispenser needed taping back together to function as a strapping dispenser. So a little surprised and disheartened. That said, customer service was friendly and helpful when we quickly amended an order - so it’s just this one issue of protective packaging of the supplies that we felt should be better.

I tried to call to discuss this with you further; however, it went through to voicemail.

We wholeheartedly agree that we must improve how we package our customers' orders. I am pleased to advise you that we are implementing a new training plan for our packers, including product knowledge and the type of damage a product has experienced previously, to ensure sufficient protection is provided.

To date, many factors are considered when packing orders, and many are related to the feedback we have received from our customers, such as material wastage; this is why it is so important that our customers take the time to contact us with feedback such as yours so that we may continually improve the service we provide.

Your feedback has been passed on to our warehouse, which will review the packaging applied to your particular order so that we can get it right the next time.

Although I appreciate you repairing the damaged tape dispenser to make it usable, would you like us to send a replacement? Please respond to the email I sent you or contact me using the details provided, and we will arrange that for you.

Chose LOCAUTO because they are one of the few really decent hire cos

Chose LOCAUTO because they were very positively reviewed in a sector, car hire, were that’s a rarity. I wasn’t disappointed. From the very friendly and helpful staff, cheap car upgrade and lovely new Cupra we couldn’t have asked for more. Tip - don’t take out the AXA waiver offered by Holiday Autos - LOCAUTO offers this at checkin and the process is much simpler.
