It is a scam.
There website cannot recognize my IBAN number and simply there will be no money return.
Their system recognized my account to withdraw 18€ monthly fee but for payment does not recognize the same bank account.

the experience was good because the team was very responsive and supportive. the only reason why i didn't give it 5 stars is because i think the process is a little complicated and could be made easier

FRAUD: I have purchased chitchen electrics at Mediamarkt Espana and Privilegios en Compras appeared during online payment as part of the process. Now I paid 15€ for 7 months and cannot cancel this strange "subscription" as they "do not find my Data". PURE FRAUD - Stay away from these traitors!!!

What a scam! After you pay on a legitimate website there is a pop-up that claiming you can get your money back. When clicked on I was navigated to One Time-offer registration page. After all the information is filled out I was navigated to the Spanish version of this shady bussiness. privilegiosencompras
I managed to block my card before being charged and unsubscribed from privilegiosencompras.es.

If you were legitimate business you would not have reason to trick people into subscribing.

The idea behind the website is good, but the execution is horrible, somethings indeed bordering on fraud.

It worked more or less ok until they redesigned the payment/reimbursement section of their website. Earlier I had to often resubmit my purchases 2 times before they were properly registered, but it did eventually work.

Now after the change, NONE of my purchases since early september have been registered although I have submitted them through their website AND through email. Often they keep on asking for details/proof that was already sent before.

I have two purchases that are in "pending approval" for more than a month. Not sure what they are waiting for and when I ask, I get no answer, just a request for the same information I have sent 3 times already.

Would not recommend the current experience to anyone and I would also stop my subscription right away if I was not waiting for 200E in pending reimbursements.

Whilst not a scam this is definitely in no way clear what you are committing to. I have just ordered some pharmacy products and a linked popped up offering discount on the next purchase. As I'm likely to need repeat prescriptions I clicked the link. Only AFTER confirming my details from my previous purchase did the information about monthly fees appear. I would never have committed had I known it was nothing to do with the pharmacy. I have emailed to cancel but have as yet received no reply.
Update and score amended to reflect - as my email to cancel was actioned fairly promptly, so every credit to them. However I may well have been more inclined to review the benefits had I not thought I was being scammed - I think the company is missing a trick.

I did not realise I was committing to a 15 euro per month contract. I only noticed when I checked my card account for another reason. The link came bundled with a single purchase at fnac. I do not recall giving permission to use my bank details for this entirely different proposition. Between the two companies I feel like I have been had. This is why one-stop no-nonsense sites will prevail. Otherwise it is just like being dragged into a dark alley and being invited to buy a carpet. They know the law better than me but it really puts a crimp in your holiday.

It's a scam company, they make deals with retailers who them put a "get a discount" button on their website. If you click the button they will send your credit card details to this company who then secretly charge you 15€ per month. You can call and write to them to cancel, but they make it hard on purpose. Absolutely disgusting business model.

Edit: they have replied to my review years after I made it. They did not process my refund on the same day, I had to fight for weeks to get my money back. A terrible company. If they took your money, fight them until they return it.

BE AWARE they team up with companies and charge your credit card without your knowledge or consent.
I placed an order with naturistas.es, got free eligible shipping because, and they sold my credit card to SP Privilegios who charged me 15 Euros without my knowledge or consent.
