Could you please refund me the cost of 55 euro. Without agreement and warning they took 18 euro from my debet card fortunately they were blocked by my bank. Maybe they got my card nr. from Media Market. New card shall cost me 55 euro so please refund.

This company needs to be jailed. Have just finished reading other comments here and they continue to give the same false response. I DID NOT register for this service and until I became aware of the €18 coming out of my account, I have never heard of this company. So a little research and I discover what they (supposedly deliver). Never have I ever been slightly interested in signing up for a offer like this. So I can absolutely guarantee you that I did NOT fill in any registration form or anything of the like!!! Don't even bother replying to this if that's what you are going to write because it is rubbish. You are scamming people and I feel for all those who are still unaware they are paying for this 'service'
I personally went 3 months before discovering it on the 4th month!!
So my advice is to be very aware of any default boxes selected before your online purchases. Criminal activity at its lowest form

Monthly deduction of €18,00 IS SCAM
All of a sudden a monthly amount of €18,00 is being charged on my credit card, while I never use this credit card and never have bought anything on line at privicompras. So they must have stolen the creditcard details from a company!

5 days ago my card blocked the payment from them, but today it went through. I didn't sign anything and have no idea where they got my information.
I wrote them an email demanding a refund.
I'm going to post it on all social media platforms if they don't take actions.
Never experienced this in any other country.
UPDATE: The day I wrote this review I also emailed Privicompras.
I received a refund of €18 today, November 15, back on my card. I will aslo keep an eye on my expenses to see if they really cancelled my subscription and no more deductions follow.
