Tried to log in online to check on all my pre-orders from since mid last year, that they will only cancel for store credits. Couldn't remember my password so clicked for a reset link, none received. Emailed (as per website's advice), no replies. Started a chat, no replies. Called and talked to Chris and was quickly reminded why I stopped shopping here. Very rude, and the tone and sarcasm is just awful! Why is it so hard for this company to be pleasant and polite?

An hour ago, as I'm writing this, still no emails no responses for the password reset. Well, as Chris said, all I need to do is be patient; be patient for days or weeks, i have no clue because they wouldn't care to tell you or try to come up with a solution asap.

They treat your purchases as gold, the way collectibles should be packed and delivered. And customer service is top notch! No issued with change of mind, refunds, whatsoever. They would occasionally pop in a freebie with your orders too! Very happy

Ordered 5 dolls, came in a box with just a sheet of cutout cardboard on top. No separate protection on each item. All were dirty, scratched, water damage. shrink wraps and plastic covers damaged. Won't refund. Would give you store credit, if you cover shipping expenses. Collectible items lose their value if their entirety is damaged, including shrink wraps, but they dont care! Theyre selling collectible items but treating it as rubbish. Happened a number of times before, careless packing but fortunately no visible damage. And customer service? Rude call center agents, rude email responses. Condescending as if you know nothing. Never buying from here again and cancelling all my preorders

Replies promptly on my email enquiries. Doll arrived safely packaged, no dents no damage, as a collectible should be ;) very happy
