Nice glasses 🤓

Found the type of frames I was looking for. I needed progressive readers with blue light and UV protection as well as anti scratch coating and lighter weight lenses. Glasses Shop was able to accommodate all my needs. Very happy with my purchase.

Reformat your selling platform.

Like all the other meal companies and other types of sellers who are set up this way, you can't look at the meals without signing up with your personal information. I really don't care for this tactic at all. Too much personal information is out there as it is. Display your products and let customers decide whether or not they want it before you ask for their information.

Mobile Help

My customer service representative, Bill, was very helpful in helping me choose a system and billing frequency for my mother who is a fall risk and hard of hearing. Together we selected a wrist band unit. It came with a separate emergency button to install next to the tub which is awesome. Very happy with the service.
