I went to Sedona Soul with the hopes of rediscovering myself and to find out what my purpose in life was. I walked away with both and so much more.
Before choosing Sedona Soul Adventures I had researched so many different spiritual retreats. I had been suffering with several illnesses for the past decade and then the pandemic brought it’s share of new challenges. I wanted a place that could help me heal and reconnect my body and soul. It was when I spoke to Lauren that I knew that Sedona Soul was the right place for me. She arranged A program specifically designed to benefit my soul and my needs.
And did it ever. Words can’t express how grateful I am to have met with each of the practitioners. I thank all of them from the bottom of my heart for my individual sessions and for everything that they taught me. They were truly amazing! I will for sure incorporate everything that I learned into my everyday life. I found hope and am at peace with myself. To me, that’s priceless. I would highly recommend this retreat for anyone who is looking for a positive change or needs a reawakening. I can’t wait to see what this new journey has in store for me.
