They are scammers
They are scammers. Spent a fortune on a kitchen with worktop made of quartz. Received the quartz all broken and with cracks around. I called them immediately pointing this out and they said this is "normal" on this material and this is what it is. Plus, they try to rip you off when negotiating for the kitchen with 0 transparency and a lot of black boxes.

countertop is damaged - no resolution
Just issues after issues. Delays, difficult communications. Finally when kitchen arrived - we discovered severe damages with the countertop stone we ordered - many cracks and quality issues- installer does not want to install it as there's a risk it will break. Stone company "Lionstone B.V." says "everything is fine" - they sent wrong slab and a broken one instead. We have good experience with the Keukenloods backoffice and hopefully they will sort it out - but right now it's hard to believe.

Bought a Electrolux induction hob in…
Bought a Electrolux induction hob in april 2024 for out new house. After 6 months it became very noisy when in use. They send the service technician (AEG) and the report was that the sound is because of the pans we use!
They ignored the fact that:
1. the same pans were used on a different induction hob at our previous address with absolutely no noise, 2. the fact that for the first 6 months the hob worked well with no noise.
3. Recordings have been shared.
Conclusion - they will not replace the hob, they blame it on the pans ! No logic, no customer support, just push back!
Just check below answer from Keukenloods disregarding facts at points 1, 2, 3 above!
Do not buy stuff from Keukenloods - the warranty is not covered.

Bought a bosch dishwasher online
Bought a bosch dishwasher online, arrived on time.
On same day, water leakage is detected in first run. On contacting keukenloods, they said they will not replace it (although it is a brand new product) . they passed information to bosch, which take more than a week to visit. what a bad service. Looks like they send me factory damaged product. Never ever buy from keukenloods, It is a trap , they send damage products (show like new) and then get you into repair modes ,

good sales, terrible installation process
The sales process was very nice and delivery was on time. However they use independent contractors for installation, so they do not really control the process.
Do not expect the whole solution from them, you have to remove the old kitchen yourself and prepare everything for the installation. If the installer finds that a connection point is not exactly where they want it to be you have to pay 500Eur fine and scheduling the new installation visit is a hell.

they made me wait more than 2 months (when they assured when i was buying the appliace that in 2 weeks max will be delivered) and never comunicated with me. I just cancelled and hope they give my money back as promised. waste of time

Wrong item delivered, extra money asked to send the right one.
I had a really bad experience with Keukenloods. I ordered a cooktop and they sent the wrong model. The online receipt had the correct model, whereas the delivery receipt had the wrong one, i.e. the one that was also delivered. Apparently, they had made a mistake from the very beginning when the item was picked up from the stock pile. I contacted them via email and I got no response after 3 days, until I called them and they said they would look into the matter. I got a response after a day that said they had checked and they had sent the right model, which is not true. I sent follow-up emails and eventually I got a message that the right model was sent but I had to pay 418 euros extra, even though I had a receipt with the right model and the amount that I had gotten from their own website.
Mistakes can happen but this is dishonest business and better be avoided.
