Bought a bosch dishwasher online
Bought a bosch dishwasher online, arrived on time.
On same day, water leakage is detected in first run. On contacting keukenloods, they said they will not replace it (although it is a brand new product) . they passed information to bosch, which take more than a week to visit. what a bad service. Looks like they send me factory damaged product. Never ever buy from keukenloods, It is a trap , they send damage products (show like new) and then get you into repair modes ,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your Bosch dishwasher. We certainly prefer things to go differently as well. At Keukenloods, we only send out new products, not repaired items. It’s unfortunate to hear that there are still problems.
