Went through some trouble but worked out eventually

That must be one of the worst services I’ve received. I am already an Odido client for Internet at Home and decided to also move my mobile contract from Vodafone to Odido. What a mistake this has proven to be. I ordered a contract online and asked to pick up my eSim from an Odido shop. I went by and I was given a physical SIM and I was told an eSim would be provided when my number portability is done (why really??). Three days later, I hadn’t received anything and my number wasn’t transferred yet. I called Odido customer service and I don’t even appear to have a contract with them, even though I have an active temporary number! Almost one week later and I am still waiting to clear up their mess. All this while being treated as an outgoing rather than an incoming customer.

Update following Odido's response: I have shared the information you asked. Additionally, you can see the case number 79673304. I just spoke again to your customer service and no action has taken place really.

Update 2: After a week and 4 calls to customer service, an amazing customer service representative paid attention to my problem, cancelled my initial order and created a new one. I had everything settled and working fine in 12h. It's employees like these that save the reputation of a company.

Dishonest business. No refund after products were properly returned

We took delivery of our front panels by K14 Delft in June and our order included door handles, which we eventually didn't like and asked K14 to return them. The return process was fairly smooth, K14 issued a return label and we shipped the handles back. A reasonable person would then expect a refund, right? Five months and multiple reminders after, we've yet to receive our refund. For the first 3 months, we were told that "the responsible colleague is on leave", like such a request could only be handled by one person.

It cannot be that a business cannot refund a couple of hundred euros after 5 months. Honestly, this is failing business behavior and I wouldn't risk ordering anything from K14 at this point.

Huge return costs, which are not known upfront.

I bought three items from their Amazon shop and they were sent in one shipment. The items didn't fit the purpose I bought them for and I requested to return them. They asked me to pay €9.99 PER ITEM, i.e. €29.97 in total for an order that had a cost of €55.97. What makes it worse is that this return policy is not mentioned on their Amazon shop, since that would certainly prevent me from buying in the first place.

If that's not a scam, I don't know what it is.

UPDATE: Following my review, I was contacted and offered a free return. I still don't see they return policy being mentioned in the Amazon page, which provide transparency before any purchase.

Wrong item delivered, extra money asked to send the right one.

I had a really bad experience with Keukenloods. I ordered a cooktop and they sent the wrong model. The online receipt had the correct model, whereas the delivery receipt had the wrong one, i.e. the one that was also delivered. Apparently, they had made a mistake from the very beginning when the item was picked up from the stock pile. I contacted them via email and I got no response after 3 days, until I called them and they said they would look into the matter. I got a response after a day that said they had checked and they had sent the right model, which is not true. I sent follow-up emails and eventually I got a message that the right model was sent but I had to pay 418 euros extra, even though I had a receipt with the right model and the amount that I had gotten from their own website.

Mistakes can happen but this is dishonest business and better be avoided.
