Good delivery, horrible installation process

Delivery of the kitchen was on time, but the installation experience was really terrible. The communication is bad, you have to jump between different departments.
They do not arrange for preparation of the installation so do not expect a turnkey solution.
If the installer (they use independent contractors) finds the preparation insufficient (wrongly placed connection points etc) you have to pay 500 Euro fine an jump through the hoops to arrange a new install date.

good sales, terrible installation process

The sales process was very nice and delivery was on time. However they use independent contractors for installation, so they do not really control the process.
Do not expect the whole solution from them, you have to remove the old kitchen yourself and prepare everything for the installation. If the installer finds that a connection point is not exactly where they want it to be you have to pay 500Eur fine and scheduling the new installation visit is a hell.

Used to be great but now stopped…

Used to be great but now stopped shipping to Netherlands citing "pandemics restrictions". There are no shipping restrictions to Netherlands, I receive parcels normally from all over the world.
