Works all well. No Problem with the booking. Just the app could be improved. Constant logout is annoying and more data (like the current bookings) should be available offline.

The app is very easy to use. I feel like I am getting proper business quality options in cities I am unfamiliar with. More clarity on the different room options would be ideal

Easy to use website and good prices also it offers a deal that the price you pay may go down if the price is reduced for your booking.

Using HRS I was able to find a better hotel and with a good discount for my business trip than the offers on Booking. I think I'll start to use this site as my first choice for my business trips.
