Fantastic customer service experience at this store today. Helped by Carol and Jenny, super friendly, knowledgeable about their products so gave really helpful advice. Go Outdoors Stoke you are very lucky to have these 2 ladies working for you!

Kyle was very helpful when supporting me with product knowledge on the tills today. Good store and would love to return to the lovely staff.

Excellent visit looking at walking boots and Parka style coats for myself. Although my size not available in the style of boots, I was encouraged to order on line by very helpful assistant. Having a narrow foot she was able to help with the make of boot.
Then Caitlin helped with trying on various coats as they had security tags on. She was knowledgeable about their composition and if they got very wet. Also had option to try on a more expensive waterproof style. Finally a swift payment to Katie J at the check out and very pleased with service all around.

Always great prices. Excellent offers and good stocks on those offers unlike most retailers. Staff pleasant and helpful both at Festival Park, Hanley store and Leek, Staffordshire Moorlands.

I came in to get a new pair of hiking boots from this store as I am going on a trip soon that I needed them for asap. I went in and spoke to a member of staff who stated her name was Hayley. She did an amazing job at helping me even when I was being quite picky on the boots I wanted she was extremely nice and quick at getting my different sizes from the back. Honestly some of the best customer service I have received in a long time 10/10.

Great range of products and excellent customer service.

My wife went to the shop to purchase a paramo ladies waterproof jacket and found an excellent selection to choose from. An assistant came to remove the security tags so they could be tried on and one chosen.
We returned later in the day having phoned the store to make sure that they had the correct size and asked if they could reserve one which they did.
We were served by Beth who was excellent. Polite professional and very helpful and sorted the discount from the members card.
Overall it was a great experience, the store ambiance is great, all the staff are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Wanted waterproof jackets and the staff were very helpful and quickly had the security devices off so we could choose the correct size. The we needed walking boots and Theresa was very helpful, making suggestions and ensuring they fitted correctly. Even making sure the socks were exactly right. The service couldn't have been better.
