My wife went to the shop to purchase a paramo ladies waterproof jacket and found an excellent selection to choose from. An assistant came to remove the security tags so they could be tried on and one chosen.
We returned later in the day having phoned the store to make sure that they had the correct size and asked if they could reserve one which they did.
We were served by Beth who was excellent. Polite professional and very helpful and sorted the discount from the members card.
Overall it was a great experience, the store ambiance is great, all the staff are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The whole experience was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The trip was a birthday present for my wife as we both like train journeys and Indian food it was a perfect match and a unique combination.
The station itself like all the rolling stock very well maintained and together with ample free parking made a great first impression. The staff were lovely, obviously enthusiasts themselves it rubs off in the way they greet you and explain what will happen on the trip. I had a problem of my own making when buying the voucher, but the booking staff sorted it out within the hour, outstanding customer service.
The carriages were great, roomy comfortable and the tables spacious. The staff were always on hand to look after you without being pushy and the food was delicious. Fresh tasty and the portion size was good, the nan bread was amazing, none of that stodgy bread you get from a takeaway after it’s been in the bag too long!
The trip seemed to fly by, and we were very fortunate to have a lovely couple Louise and Paul to share our journey with. We all said that we would come back for the other trips that are on offer. In fact, there was a pie and mask at 18.30 on the day we were there. Very tempting but unfortunately it was fully booked.
Would highly recommend this trip and based on our experience their other train events as well.

Easy to find correct genuine part at a similar price to eBay with fast delivery

Prompt service especially as they are printed to order. I appreciate the use of a lesser quality paper as part of a contribution to the environment but I have Haynes Manuals from the 70's but I don't think this one will last that long. Also the clarity of the printing is variable and particularly poor even illegible when looking at wiring diagrams.

Rarely do I find that the item isn't in stock at both stores, I'm lucky as I have two less than five miles apart and they always check and phone ahead to reserve it.

The performance of the boiler is as forecast with a significant reduction in gas consumption over our old Mexico. However whilst being compact and wall mounted rather than freestanding it is a lot noisier than the old boiler. Also the optimisation of gas usage means that when the boiler fires up for about 20-30 mins you do not get any central heating as it prioritises the hot water,.
The app that links to your phone is also unstable and frequently drops out meaning you have to pair it again, having said all of this I would definitely recommend one to a friend as indeed I just have.
