Waterproof jackets and socks -the staff were extremely helpful.

Wanted waterproof jackets and the staff were very helpful and quickly had the security devices off so we could choose the correct size. The we needed walking boots and Theresa was very helpful, making suggestions and ensuring they fitted correctly. Even making sure the socks were exactly right. The service couldn't have been better.

Very frustrating experience

Very frustrating experience. Renogy customer support is really bad. The phone number they give is a Philippines one that does not accept calls!
The chatbot took over 30 mins for a simple question. Finally got an answer for the status of my 'damaged in transit' Solar Panel. We will see if a replacement arrives!
Update: the replacement panel has arrived (after a 5 day delay while it sat at the courier's depot). Guess what - it too is damaged and needs to be replaced! The package had been ripped and 'mended' with transparent tape. So 3rd time lucky - lets see what happens now.
Update Update: Despite not getting updates (unless I prompted them with a message asking what was happening), and nearly two weeks after delivery of the 2nd damaged panel, the 3rd one arrived unannounced at 8am in the morning. And it was not damaged!! Now fitted on top of our campervan, and seems to be ok.
In a nutshell, Renogy Customer Service is like walking through treacle - hard work, but we got there in the end.

Lightweight Kettle

I recently bought a lightweight kettle from you for use by my mother. Very disappointed with it. It was very cheaply made. The top did not close properly, with the moulded edge being so thin that it caught when closed and deformed. When my Mum (who is 93) used it it did not close properly, boiled dry, and fused all the house electrics. She then sat in the dark for a few hours !

I would certainly not buy from you again, nor recommend you to our wide range of similar elderly people we know.
