It was a great service from both Phillip and Peter while installing the sofa and also tidying up after installation. They have good knowledge of sofa and demonstrated how the sofa operates on reclaimers.

Joe and Martin were very well organised, assessed the lay out and fitted the sofa expertly and efficiently. They made no mess and took all the packaging away with them. Thank you!

We had a great experience with our Furniture Village delivery. Reef and Ameen were incredibly kind and patient, waiting for us to arrive at the house after a misunderstanding caused a delay. They assembled all the furniture very efficiently and to a high standard — everything looks perfect!
A special thank you to Reef for being so thoughtful and helping me with my injury. Their professionalism and kindness made the whole experience smooth and pleasant.

Valentino in sales from the Reading branch was very helpful and provided sound advice on selecting the matress and bed frame. It arrived in good time, the delivery guys Peter and Philip were also great. They assembled it with ease, and took me through the main assembly points. Overall a geat service from Furniture Village, efficient and professinal throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Chris and Wayne delivered our sofa thus morning, bring extremely helpful and patient getting the sofa over hurdles and blocked garages to get it into the place it needed to be

we just had our sofa delivered today and philip and peter made sure that the sofa was arranged perfectly. They were so humble and kind with us and gentle with their work. We really appreciate their kindness and work.

The delivery of Sofa, Table and Chairs arrived well within the defined window. We were informed closer to arrival time of their imminent arrival. On arrival they reviewed and prepared the entry area. The installation of all items was done expertly and all packaging removed.
Both the delivery specialist Reef and Ameen were courteous and were very careful to avoid bangs and scrapes. Very happy with the products we purchased from Furniture Village, their communication was excellent as was the delivery and installation.

Great delivery the 2 guys from A2Zee were fantastic polite and very considerate.

Really great service on delivery, wore clean shoe covers, were polite and efficient. The only reason for 4/5 rather than 5/5 is because furniture village sent a text with the delivery slot but they came 3 hours earlier and I wasn’t home! They did call 20 mins before arriving and waited for me to get back which was good.

The delivery service from Giles and Ifraz was brilliant. Explained everything before starting and when they finished. Friendly and professional guys! Thank you very much.

Chris and Wayne were so good with the installation and friendly guys. Done everything quick and in a tidy manner. Accommodated to our requests on placing it as we wanted it to. Came exactly on time in the morning. Unfortunately we missed their call, but still they waited patiently outside for us. Highly praised for their service.
