Really great service on delivery, wore clean shoe covers, were polite and efficient. The only reason for 4/5 rather than 5/5 is because furniture village sent a text with the delivery slot but they came 3 hours earlier and I wasn’t home! They did call 20 mins before arriving and waited for me to get back which was good.

Wish I'd looked here first. I'm waiting for trainers which are over 10 days later than it said when ordering. I can't get hold of them, the email bounces back, there is no phone number that I can find. Extremely frustrated by the lack of customer service and would never recommend.

I found the booking process so easy and the photos of the room showed me all I needed to know.
