I contacted Russell Hobbs customer service as I had I problem with my kettle. The information sent via the live chat was concise and easily followed, Alexandra T was quick to explain what I needed to do and the whole process took about 30 minutes - most of that was taken up, taking photos of the fault, receipt and serial number! A completely painless exercise!

My 2 year old Salter kitchen scales stopped working so I had a live chat with Oliver. I followed his instructions to reset it but, unfortunately, that didn't resolve the problem. He immediately offered to replace it with a new one, once I had sent proof of purchase. This will arrive in 2-3 working days. This was resolved in less than 40 minutes. Excellent response and helpful advice!
