Valentino in sales from the Reading branch was very helpful and provided sound advice on selecting the matress and bed frame. It arrived in good time, the delivery guys Peter and Philip were also great. They assembled it with ease, and took me through the main assembly points. Overall a geat service from Furniture Village, efficient and professinal throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Worst online shopping experience I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. You have to fill out all your details for an order, only to be informed at the point of payment many of the items are out of stock. If you need to amend/cancel your order, you can't unless you can get through to customer services within 30min of ordering online! Which of course you can't, especially if ordering outside of their office hours. I wanted to cancel my order, called the next day but was told there is nothing they can do. I have to wait the TWENTY days it will take for the order to arrive and then return the goods to get a refund. I cannot express how terrible their process is. Avoid at all costs!
