Unfortunately the item I had ordered came with a heavy smell of sweat. The customer service was quick to reply my eMail and the returns process went smoothly. Money was refunded quickly.

The girl in store provided me with very good customer service in the store rue des Rosiers. She was friendly yet very professionnal and perfectly understood my request.

The dresses and little wool / cashmere tops fit soo well and are super comfortable and stylish! I wear them all the time and get so many compliments. Cashmere sweaters for winter are also a must.
