Reso eccezionalmente eseguito dopo i 14 consentiti

Per questioni logistiche (vivo a Roma) e per convinzione i resi potessero essere eseguiti entro 30 gg dalla consegna, ho atteso il mio viaggio in Sicilia per mostrare a mia sorella la camicia che avevo intenzione di regalare al mio nipotino. Purtroppo al mio arrivo, senza nemmeno provarla ci siamo resi conto di quanto fosse piccola e che i 14 gg ammessi per il reso erano già trascorsi. Ho chiamato il call center e ALESSIA che si è occupata di me, si è mostrata di una gentilezza e disponibilità incredibile, consentendomi di risolvere il problema. Sono cliente di Giglio IN con la mia famiglia da quando ero una bambina e continuerò senza dubbio ad esserlo. Grazie Alessia!

Issue with delivery as I wasn't home for a week

I wasn't home for a week, and the Italian currier was really bad (Poste Italiane), there was no way to communicate with them. I went to the post office but they say it's not Poste who was in charge for delivery (false, as I had the proof with the tracking code); I called the call center and it was impossible to talk with a person to reschedule the delivery. Only automatic voice. Really tired of this, I realized I could communicate with FROM FUTURE (Clara) and she helped me to receive the order in Rome after I came back to Rome and keep me updated of the progress every day. Excellent customer service FROM FUTURE! Terrible Italian Currier.
