Never ordering again- worst service EVER
Never ordering from there again, Worst Service EVER - i waited more than 2 weeks for the dress i ordered to arrive. The courier service website was just providing me one information: shipment has been delayed.
I must say customer service was responding to my emails, although they were not helpful and had no idea what was going on.
After 2 weeks, when I asked for a solution, customer service decided to issue a refund and considered the dress lost in the mail.
I had to order another one (as it was a birthday gift for a friend), but the next day i randomly received the first dress I had ordered.
Customer service emailed me to ask me to “settle my payment” - aka pay for that dress a third time (having not received the refund, nor the second dress). Other brands (not even trying to qualify as luxurious) treat their customers much better than that, the service here is unacceptable in my POV and very disappointing. I get it, they need to receive the money for the dress i had then received but after 2 weeks delay, when THEY thought it was lost in the mail, they should have been happily offering me something in return. Have they not heard of Marketing and good service to their clients ? I DO NOT recommend ordering from this terrible brand.
