Excellent products

Excellent products! The express delivery took much more than it was written on the website, but after contacting the customer service at least the money for the shipment were returned due to the delay.

annullamento ordine ma nessun rimborso ricevuto

2 giorni dopo il mio ordine, ho ricevuto un messaggio che i miei prodotti non erano disponibili e l'ordine è stato annullato. Avrebbero dovuto restituire i soldi entro 10 giorni, ma sono passati 1,5 mesi e non hanno ancora restituito i soldi. Abbiamo scritto al servizio clienti e non abbiamo ricevuto risposta. Update: abbiamo ricevuto indietro i soldi il 29 gennaio.

Attempted delivery, but no notice in my mailbox

I live in Munich and I was supposed to receive a package from Greece. Since it was a birthday gift, the sender wanted it to be a surprise and did not inform me that something was sent to me. Unfortunately, the sender informed me 15 days later and gave me the number to follow up the delivery. To my surprise, I saw that there was a delivery attempt on the 28th of October, but no notification was left in my mailbox!!! As per current status, my package is in the way back to Greece. Which courier can be worse that this one, not leaving a notification in the mailbox? At this point, I doubt that there was any delivery attempt.

Terrible return policy

Terrible return policy. The confirmation of return took almost 3 weeks, and after a lot of emails with the customer service I still have not receive my money back after 1,5 months, even though they write in their site that the return of the money is latest after 14 days of the confirmation of the return. Not true! Very suspicious.

Please note that the processing of a return can take up to 8 business days (Mon-Fri, holidays excluded) after it has arrived in our fulfillment center.
