Recently had to choose electric service in my new home. Checked out a few companies. Nordic came thru the best. Great communication in English. Efficiency. Follow through and customer service.

Good service and easy to switch from Endesa to Energy Nordic and lower prices too.

The service up to date has been very good, I’m now waiting for my first invoice so will be able to judge better then.

I changed from Endesa for green energy. There doesn't appear to be any saving for me except I know my energy is greener than with Endesa.

Great service from Rocio on switching to Energy Nordic from our previous supplier. She explained everything fully and was responsive to my emails and questions.

Been a customer since2018 never had a problem bills are always very competitive moved 3 weeks ago and swapped me back in one week.

It was a very good service from a very competent person who works there name Sara I think. I just hope that I will be more happy at Nordica then I was at Endesa.

The whole ‘switch’ has been seamless especially the expert help from Isabel! Saving 45% is also key!

The sign up was smooth and quick. I cannot say much more at this time because I have not yet received my first bill.

My email enquiry was answered quickly and after deciding to change my energy supply to Energy Nordic they dealt with the whole transfer quickly and efficiently.

Very helpful. Lorena explained everything clearly to me. Easy process to change provider. I am looking forward to lower bills now.
