Having looked at the 2 most recent instances where you contacted us:

1) You left us a voicemail on 6th June at 10.40am asking about our money transfer feature. We don't have a live call centre and where the issues are of a routine/simple nature, the team reverts back via email. The team responded to you at 11.06am (within 30 minutes) and answered your query.
2) Thereafter you reached out to us on 4th August at 12.19pm and the team responded to you at 12.45pm (again, within 30 minutes).

We take a great deal of pride in our product and service and make every effort to ensure that we look after our customers. We are genuinely sorry if we have fell short of your expectations.
