Yes the experience was good

Yes the experience was good, Isabel the young lady who dealt with me was quite helpful. The signing on line I found difficult, but there again I am not very computer literate.

Using Jaja is straight forward

Using Jaja is straight forward, the comparison to my RBS credit card is the same.
No problems in the use of large or small amounts, their statements are very clear and accurate.
As I am new to Jaja I am well satisfied.

Warehouse security

By in large generally happy. The local delivery personnel we have found to be of high quality and quite accommodating. I think the security of their holding warehouses could be tightened. Having had a parcel cleverly tampered with, for half the contents of higher value had been removed.This took many calls and instagrams to resolve.

It was all very straight forward as the details and the costs were given by my local funeral director on a written quote. It was simple to fill in, returned to the director, they then forwarded it to Golden Charter and payment then completed over the phone. Staff on all accounts were first class.
