so far so good

so far so good. Very quick responses, no need to call convoluted call centres where robots end your call. I appreciated the honesty as well. I will likely look to contract more sites with them in the months ahead.

Such an easy booking experience

Such an easy booking experience. I unfortunately made a mistake and needed to cancel because my port of origin was not the one I needed and I was able to cancel and get a full refund which I then used to book the correct ferry

Likely to break, and don't expect breaks to be covered.

We bought the following machine and it wasn't great to begin with but we were limited with space and needed a top loader.

Lavadora carga Superior Infiniton TLW-A64B - Blanca,6kg,1200 Rpm, 16 Programas

We washed some sheets, the cycle finished, and the hook on the door of the drum had broken, we could barely get the sheets out. We contacted Infiniton via Leroy Merlin (we called several times but absolutely NO ANSWER) so we went through Leroy Merlin and followed the instructions to lodge an issue. We sent the photos of the damage. They responded saying this 'kind of damage' isnt covered under the warranty (less than 6 months old by the way) and they simply closed the case. Needless to say we won't be using an Infiniton product again.

Hola Daniel, lamentamos los problemas con tu lavadora, en la mayoría de casos esta rotura aparece después de un pequeño forcejeo con la puerta y en muchos casos un tirón demasiado fuerte, pudiendo atender a la situación que nos describe ya que se produjo en el lavado de unas sabanas que son artículos que aumentan su volumen tras el lavado, por lo que siempre se recomienda esperar unos minutos tras la finalización del hasta asegurarte de que puedes abrir la puerta con tranquilidad y sin incidencias.

Recuerde que un uso indebido del producto no está cubierto por la garantía oficial del mismo

Bunch of fools

Bunch of incompetents. I closed an account, sent all the photos of the meters, they still try to bill me for months after, i contact tireless amounts of people, all of whom say there is nothing they can do. i refuse to pay for a period after I vacated, and the staff are just monkeys pressing buttons in to a keyboard. This companies tariffs are also sky high, and had it not been for my incompetent landlady giving them my details, i would never have moved to them. AVOID.

i prefer using Trainline because of the ease. I recently used Renfe because i had to, and it was so painful. it was a reminder to continue using Trainline.

Rubbish website, ordinary trains.

i have to say i really hate Renfe's website,and where i can, i prefer to use trainline to buy Renfe tickets.
this time, i had to buy tickets for a group of 6 of us, and it was very time consuming. The page would refresh then i would have to re insert all the specific passenger details again, this happened 3 times.
We Travelled to Segovia (wonderful town) but due to the bus, we missed our train back to Madrid. We got to Segovia station and the ticket person said we could change our tickets (Saw our distress) and directed us to the Renfe office. We went, they refused to change our tickets and we had to pay a premium rate for a one way ticket. So, terrible service, terrible trains terrible system, Even the ticket guy had to enter our 6 traveller details which all in all took about 15 minutes. Outdated, and probably losing lots of money. when i can, i avoid using Renfe.

Leftempty handed

Booked and paid for a car, then got an email as we were heading to the import that the car isn't available. No phone call despite the option to call us if important. Disappointing.

Please, note that we are a price comparison website and, therefore, we do not have the vehicles.

For this reason, we always need to confirm with our suppliers the availability of the vehicles.

Then, even if the majority of the times the booking requests are confirmed, some cars cannot be confirmed. When this happens, we automatically inform our customer and request a refund.

bought a google pixel 4a (after my…

bought a google pixel 4a (after my first was stolen) , no issues with usage, but then i dropped it and the screen broke and stopped working. MY FAULT totally and am happy to pay for the repair. However, i've been running around in circles Google support trying to find a place to send the phone for repair. keep telling them it's a breach of my consumer rights (and they keep apologising but with no end in sight) I bought the phone from the google store, it was sent from Ireland to my address in Spain, the Irish help page for repairs won't accept a spanish address, and the spanish help page goes around in circles because there is no repair centre in Spain. Enough to make me switch back to Apple because at least they have shops you can walk in to get things fixed.
