Have used the service multiple times due to its convenience of not having to worry about transporting ones luggage to the airport however service Is inconsistent with drivers unable to find address even though I reside on a major street on the SouthBank, Tooley Street. This is NOT difficult. Drivers rely on GPS rather than actually checking a map and drivers are unable to communicate in basic English. If there is a problem there is no contact number to call to resolve especially is the driver is not communicating status and issues with finding the address. It is clear drivers are inexperienced with London roads and areas. It's a shame. Communicating can resolve many customer concerns immediately.
