Have used the service multiple times…

Have used the service multiple times due to its convenience of not having to worry about transporting ones luggage to the airport however service Is inconsistent with drivers unable to find address even though I reside on a major street on the SouthBank, Tooley Street. This is NOT difficult. Drivers rely on GPS rather than actually checking a map and drivers are unable to communicate in basic English. If there is a problem there is no contact number to call to resolve especially is the driver is not communicating status and issues with finding the address. It is clear drivers are inexperienced with London roads and areas. It's a shame. Communicating can resolve many customer concerns immediately.

Like most professional drivers, they use GPS to make their journeys more efficient, combining it with their local knowledge to reach each pick-up safely and on time.

Amazed how effortless and constructive…

Amazed how effortless and constructive the claim process is/was. I had recently had a new brand new Ribble cycle vandalised/damaged and my expectations were not high however CycleGuard will extremely helpful and understanding

Customer Service unresponsive

Don't buy from this website.
Our goods were lost by DHL, delivered to wrong address, confirmed in email by DHL
Attempting to get the matter resolved with The Range wrt to 1) acknowledgement 2) refund
experience awful. avoid please.

Avoid British Gas at all costs

Moved back to BG after many years trying out new energy companies like OVO, Blub, Shell Energy, Simplicity. Octopus etc
Left BG after five months, service awful, app doesn’t work properly, little or no contact and still sending paper bills. Just shocked by the lack of quality and customer service
It beggars belief how BG still exists. It is still clearly trying to find a role and failing badly
Avoid at all costs

Poor Service

Branch opposite Tate Modern
Inadequate customer service, all the staff looked miserable; clearly a lack of staff given the volume of customers & delays to being seated, ordering food etc. Disappointing experience
