Making a claim was a straightforward process. Some exacting details had to be provided, quite understandably, but nothing unreasonable. Resolution was rapid and satisfactory too

I requested some samples for flooring. The samples did arrive, and are OK, but EVERY day since I am barraged by emails, with no option to unsubscribe.

This is a scam website. It is a clone from the genuine Wolverine.com who do not ship beyond US

Advertised in £GBP; I paid online, but had a significantly higher amount removed from my account PLUS bank charges for converting from Chinese Yuan. Several email complaints - all answered with a denial of any error

I hadn’t spotted that the website doesn’t have any genuine legal trading details showing - my foolish oversight there.

I was provided with a fake tracking number. After 2 weeks, I received a small package with that tracking number - just a cheap plastic wallet. Return address shown matches China Railway Logistics Group (Director: Jianhua Ou) in Birmingham

Long email trail followed - they’re trying to avoid refund, offering 50% if I return the wallet. It’s been reported to Action on Fraud and there is a bank investigation underway

This is a well established and professionally-run crooked operation

Don’t make my mistake - AVOID!

Impossible to create an account. Link provided by a company that turns out to be a Chinese scamming outfit, and 17Track login wants a password with half-space symbol! JFC! Impossible to do, but I briefly got directed to somewhere that wanted credit card details ....Very dodgy...avoid
