Tesco's,Brislington Bristol.....
It was once a decent store with good staff,Seems the last five years it's constantly going downhill,rude and ignorant staff it seems some are just paid to stand chatting with each other and not very helpful I'm not surprised customers at times are getting confrontational with some staff,if you give out bad vibes,I'm afraid with some people you will get it back and deservedly so.......pond life.....

It's regarding having a smart meter…

It's regarding having a smart meter fitted on 2 occasions last year I had appointments to have one fitted which your fitters never did,the first occasion was a appointment between 8am.12pm...i received a call from the fitter to say he had a puncture this was about 10am I phoned 11.30 and asked if he was still coming to be told the van was not going to be done till after 12pm so the meter being fitted never happened then a month later I made a appointment for 12pm.....4pm....only to get a text message at 4.20pm to be informed the fitter would not be coming I made a formal complaint I feel my experience of customer service from your alleged workmen was a absolute disgrace and a complete lack of professionalism,so on 2 occasions for appointments nobody bothered only to be sent a measly text of a offer of £30 as a apology.......I lost 2 days wages......I made a formal complaint but no response from e.on.....
