Avoid buying from them .My dishwasher arrived on my first use something inside was causing the water to flood the floor they sent someone to look at it they said it needs to be sent back to comfee after numerous emails over 50+ I had to get in touch with clearpay to do a charge back that's when they finally but very slowly refunded my money after nearly 2 months I've never experienced such shocking customer service in my life.

After warranty - Comfee don’t stand by their product
After warranty, Comfee provides 0 support for their customers. They refuse to repair my dishwasher even for chargeable repair. After more than an hour and 20 minutes, I was given 6 different numbers to their third party repair centre (Pacifica), whom their last call employee said they don’t repair comfee and never heard of it. Last call I made was for Comfee under a new number was given to me referred me back to pacifica with a new number which turned out to be a wrong number. NOT COMFEEE AT ALL. Comfee providing 0 support to their customers after warranty. They simply don’t stand behind their product.
No answer to emails
Bought my AC when there was a promo on to get a free Alexa Echo device. Recieved an email a couple of days after ordering the AC asking for my details to send me the free device. 3 weeks later an no free gift and not answering emails. Nothing to say “whilst stocks last” that I saw. And the fact that I recieved the email asking for my details to send it tells me I should have got on.
Be careful if you order with a promo attached, they aren’t always genuine, just a way to boost sales then not supplt the promo or answer emails about it.

Happy with AC and delivery service
I ordered a portable AC directly from Comfee after shopping around for a 12,000 BTU model. It was delivered on a pallet two days later by a very professional courier. I'm impressed by its performance - I've placed it on my top floor landing and it does a good job at cooling two rooms.
Everything seems well-made but the unit is large, heavy and loud. This is all consistent with the model specifications and buyers should be considerate of what 30kg feels like to lift etc.
The Comfee website is a bit wonky (the standard checkout didn't work and I had to use PayPal, and my order is still saying it's awaiting dispatch). But I did use the chat function to confirm it had been shipped and I got a fast response.

Good company, loud product
The delivery was quick, reasonably priced too and customer support were helpful. Blows cold air with a powerful fan but my god is it loud. Sounds like there is a small motorbike in the corner of the room constantly idling, means we can't leave it on for any longer than it has to be on, which is a shame.
Avoid Scam Warranty
Sold with a 3 year warranty but the address on the warranty card is fake and just bounces back as doesn’t exist.
Emailed sales twice and no response.
Called and was told to send to another email which I did twice and still no response a week in
Do yourself a favour and go with a reputable high street name, I wish I did

Your delivery partner left the ac outside the apartment gate and did not deliver to home door. He was very rude and unprofessional. While I am yet to use the product, it looks good so far and the negative review is all about the delivery experience

Have bought a comfee air-conditioning unit before and it has worked flawlessly. After giving that to the daughter, we decided we needed one due to the heatwave. We opted for the bigger one [12000btu] and boy it's chilly. Solid build with all the latest features and a great price from the manufacturer. Delivery was quick and free too. Many thanks

They didn’t provide any tracking number or anything .when I call them they said they are going to deliver it today 4th of July but nobody came .none of them contacted me.they are extremely unprofessional people .I don’t want to do with my order now.

Well the ac unit was okay

After exchanging emails and video I have changed my review to 4 stars. I was advised the unit may settle overtime and become quieter. I was also offered a part refund. I do appreciate the time, effort and communication to from comfee to help solve the situation. The unit does cool the room down and quickly. So I will still use it this year, however just not for very long given the noise.
Well, I did get a portable ac unit for a good price, well I thought was.
It does work to cool the room down and quickly. It definitely does that.
However.... it is very load. The actual fan isnt that bad. Its the vibration and drone from the case I think. You can hear it from downstairs. We still use it but only before bed to cool the room down. Im pretty sure its annoying the neighbours.
I bought a vibration mat to help, but it was of only little use.
Now I thought this price was to good to be true because I bought a unit of amazon that was cheaper still. It was a lower btu rating. This unit was for a relative, and I can say that it is way quieter than my unit. Yes it doesn't have some bells and whistles like the unit I bought. But my relatives unit cools the room down well, all be it not as quickly.
Its a shame really. We have ended up putting weights on top of the unit to try and stop the noise. It helps somewhat.
We might have just got a naff unit, im not sure. For the odd occasion we will use it.
Next day delivery was great though

The Comfee Premium Portable Air Conditioner does a great job cooling rooms quickly and efficiently. The 12000 BTU output is powerful enough for medium to large rooms, and the added WiFi control makes it very convenient to operate remotely via app or smart assistant and was able to control through Home Assistant with Miadea integration. It’s also relatively quiet compared to other portable ACs I’ve used.
Pros:
Powerful cooling performance
WiFi/app control is smooth and reliable
Easy to set up and use
Quiet operation for a portable unit
Cons:
The included window kit didn’t fit my window properly — I had to buy a separate kit that suited my window type
Overall:
Despite the window kit issue, I'm really happy with the performance and features. It cools well, is smart-enabled, and is great value for the price. Highly recommended!

Good company to do business with
I have bought three units from Comfee for different parts of the house, and have had great experiences every time. They make a quality unit at a great price that performs better for cheaper than others with better-known names, my oldest units is 7 years old and still working well. There was an issue with the most recent delivery where the box was badly damaged in transit. Within an hour of emailing the photos of the refused delivery, they had arranged for a replacement to be sent for the next day.
