Your delivery partner left the ac outside the apartment gate and did not deliver to home door. He was very rude and unprofessional. While I am yet to use the product, it looks good so far and the negative review is all about the delivery experience

Thanks for compliment on the look of the unit and taking the time to segregate the product from the delivery. We work with a number of providers to give us coverage over the UK so its sometimes the case not everyone experiences the same level of service. We are consistent in only agreeing a 'kerbside' delivery and do mail a reminder this is the case along with some top tips on using it. We have many brilliant stories out of thousands of deliveries of providers going above and beyond but we cant guarantee each driver from each provider will provide something more than what is agreed for free delivery.
