We work with a number of providers to give us coverage over the UK so its sometimes the case not everyone experiences the same level of service. We are consistent in only agreeing a 'kerbside' delivery and do mail a reminder this is the case along with some top tips on using it. We have many brilliant stories out of thousands of deliveries of providers going above and beyond but we cant guarantee each driver from each provider will provide something more than what is agreed for free delivery.
