They so many time cancelled my badminton booking less then 1 hour time and also castomer service better Micham very rude people

I ordered my AC at 1st of July ,my…

I ordered my AC at 1st of July ,my order number is 12624.I have been calling them for 3/4 days . They didn’t provide any tracking number or anything .when I call them they said they are going to deliver it today 4th of July but nobody came .none of them contacted me.they are extremely unprofessional people .I don’t want to do with my order now.

Hello,

I My name is Naeem, and I recently purchased a doorbell, security camera, and Homebase device from Eufy on December 22nd. Despite reaching out to their customer service team via email on ten separate occasions, I have yet to receive a resolution to my issues.

I must express my utmost dissatisfaction with the service provided by Eufy. My experience has been profoundly negative, and I strongly advise against purchasing any products from their company.

Furthermore, I am still awaiting a refund for the items I purchased. Unfortunately, their phone line is inoperable, and the only means of communication available is email.

I have been paying insurance since 5…

I have been paying insurance since 5 years and never claimed any device except AirPods.I lost my phone and my case was completely genuine but this insurance company is such a big headache .It took 3 weeks to complete the process .I send them all proofs 10 times but whenever I call them to get updated they just said we haven’t got your documents .Their customer service is just rubbish they don’t help us ,I asked them every time to connect my call to claim department but they always had lame excuses .After going all this trouble I finally got the old phone with scratches after 3 weeks .Never going to trust them again.
