Initially had a problem with delivered humidifier in that it was very noisy. Customer support was easy to contact and offered to collect and replace or collect and refund. I chose to select an alternative model, which was delivered for free and defective model was collected. The dehumidifier that I now have is very quiet and very efficient, eliminating the humidity problem in my house. I'm very pleased with the product and the support provided.

Website was difficult to use to make payment, but eventually succeeded after 3 attempts. Equipment was ready to collect on planned day and its use was explained to me. Also had help to load into my vehicle. Unfortunately on using the floor sander, the dust extraction did not work. This was established after talking to engineer over the phone. In addition the sanding drum had a screw loose that damaged my first sanding belt and marked my floor. Overall I was very disappointed with the checks that evidently had not been carried out on the equipment prior to hire. HSS Hire centre were very appologetic and refunded my money, which was appreciated considering the inconvenience this had caused me.

Really appreciated the advice, which reduced the cost. Very pleased with the insurance I have now paid for to cover any of my holidays for the next 12 months.
