I always look up the technical details

I always look up the technical details, recommended use as well as the general description for the product. This end of the year I was looking for warmer items and these details were most helpful.

Like the over-attentive waiter...

Excellent as usual. However, I do start to feel that your Trustpilot surveys are getting a bit like the over-attentive waiter that asks if you are OK ever few minutes, as you ask "how did we do" after not quite each delivery but with monotonous regularity!

I was impressed by the fast delivery…

I was impressed by the fast delivery and, though I have not yet used it, I have to say that the quality of the knife and sharpness do appear to be extremely impressive. What a pity I did not know that you also offer a knife sharpener BEFORE placing my order.

Fast and reliable

Fast and reliable, as usual. I do still have reservations about your systems, however, as the last two orders I have made on the internet your order confirmation email has quoted my incomplete address, which I have brought to your attention several times.

A two hour window only two hours ahead is not very helpful.

I was not informed of the two hour window until half way through the day of delivery. This was too late for me to change my plans. Luckily the delivery was small enough to fit through my letterbox and therefore could be completed in my absence.

First class with only rare minor issues

I am a QVC fan and nearly everything goes like clockwork. Just occasionally there is a an issue, usually of a minor nature, which I discover. One such case is when using Q-cut, the easy-pay option is not always available but is still available when ordering on the internet.

Please make comparing items easier.

Quick delivery and excellent products are a good starting point. Perhaps it is me but I found when you spot a price, style or colour of a garment on your web-site, it is natural to look at alternative colours for example. Upon looking at the alternatives we often find there is a difference in the weight or grade of material, so it is not always easy to compare. It is because I was aware of this that I took a lot of trouble to compare like with like, so I ended up with superb products which met my requirements perfectly. Can't help feeling you could have made this easier though.

Why can't your suppliers get my correct address

I have dealt with QVC for many years with very few problems and I will continue to trust in your organisation. However, I recently ordered an item that will be delivered directly from the supplier. The address quoted for delivery is, once again, incomplete. This happens only when delivery is direct from supplier but undermines my confidence as there is no good reason for this to happen

Prompt and well informed.

Placing the order on line was straightforward, following the garment descriptions, and delivery was quick, taking only a few days. Berghaus kept me informed of transport arrangements at all times.

Do not mess customers about.

I did not like being given TWO time slots on the day before the actual delivery, that caused me to wait in unnecessarily. I did like that the final delivery was on time the next day by a courier who was polite, pleasant and helpful.

Quick and straightforward...

I have never had a problem ordering with QVC - I used Q-cut, which I have always found quick and straightforward. I noticed recently that QVC have been messaging me directly on shipping and delivery details and wonder if this will be the norm in future or perhaps it was just during the recent snowfalls which were causing delivery delays.

Got the wrong house at first.

He saw a note pinned on my neighbours door, so assumed that was for him. After taking a picture of the note he then realised it was no. 8 not no.9. I was waiting at my gate when he came to see me and explained what had happened. He was very pleasant and polite.

VERY LITTLE WAITING!

Products are normally despatched quite promptly from stock. For advanced orders the estimates quoted for availability are dependable. In either case the transport agent, usually Evri, inform delivery details I n advance, which I s also helpful.
