I got great help on the phone regarding the best type of walking shoe for my age and the sort of terrain where i walk my dog. The shoes are excellent and the usual excellent quality one expects from Berghaus.

The chat with Yazan was excellent until…

The chat with Yazan was excellent until she said that because my name was not on the booking the for security she could not change the details of the flights which we had spent half an hour doing. The original booking was made by me, the email confirmation had been sent to my email address. I gave her the booking reference which she obviously had in front of her. She said that she was unable to make the change as my details were not on the booking. i advised her that my wife was with me so why was it necessary to start the process over again? When I asked her this she just closed the conversation down. After a most promising and helpful start this was not satisfactory customer service.

I had contrary reports from two…

I had contrary reports from two different operators about which I was confused. I made contact by phone regarding this matter and received an unconvincing reply.
Contact was recevied to say that they had completed the contract, which was not correct as a final visit was due. The baits were successful.I feel that the customer service could be improved and that a query should have been better handled.
