Great customer service response

I wanted to order a fleece from Berghaus. I have never ordered from them previous so was offered a 15% discount on my first order. When I entered the discount code at check out I was told the code was invalid and was offered 5% instead. I ordered Ed the fleece and later contacted customer services about the discount issue. They responded very quickly and amended the price accordingly. No fuss at all. I was so impressed as normally you wait days for a response from other companies. Brilliant service.

Really good service

We had a really good experience with this company. They were very friendly and helpful. They ensure that any scratches/dents were pointed out on pick up. The car was really good and reliable. No problems we would use them again.

Excellent products and service

I have purchased from Wardow twice. Each time it was to buy a suitcase. I was a little apprehensive at first as they were new to me. Their service was excellent. Informed me just about every day the status of the order and delivery. On both occasions delivery was within one week and both suitcases arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely buy from them again.

We would never go elsewhere

We have normally booked with Trailfinders by telephone but as this planned vacation was a little more complex we decided to go to the Worcester office to book it. We were introduced to Andy who was very knowledgeable with regards to our destination and helped enormously with suggestions on how we could enhance our special holiday. Andy was extremely patient, detailed and massively helpful. We are really happy with our booking and the itinerary attached to it. Many thanks to Andy.

Not what we thought

We thought that by booking a hotel pick up that we would be dropped off also. Nobody told us anything to the contrary. When we arrived back we were dropped miles from our hotel and were left to find our own way back. Disappointing.

Such poor service

I ordered two pairs of chinos in what would normally be my size however these were much too big. I returned them to my local post office a week ago. I’ve had no notification as to whether they have received my parcel or not. I queried this and was told it would take 14 days to receive a refund. I couldn’t believe it. Never again will I buy anything from them.

Easy option to spread the cost of maintaining your car.

After an expensive service and MoT it was recommended that I replace all four tyres. The Halfords website offered several methods of payment. I chose to spread the cost over six months with no interest. It was so easy to set up and non intrusive. I had the tyres fitted yesterday and received notification of payments shortly after. Very efficient and I would certainly use it again.

Just do not respond

Aegon are a nightmare to deal with. They never respond to emails and believe two weeks is a reasonable response time. I have been chasing them for well over a week to email me a form and they are incapable of doing it. Barge pole and wouldn’t touch come to mind. I really wish my pension were elsewhere.

Becoming too expensive

I have used Seatfrog quite a lot. In the early days they were really good and offered an affordable upgrade to first class. They then from nowhere introduced a £3 booking fee which upped the price. They are now asking ridiculously expensive upgrade prices which have stopped me from entering their auctions. Best of luck to them but I’m out.

Terrible service

I bought a reconditioned 4K 500gb recording box from Freesat. After 4 weeks the hard drive went down and I was told to return the unit. Since then their service has been abysmal. Nobody acknowledges anything. Nobody responded to emails. I have no idea when a replacement will arrive. I wish I had never bought from these people.

Beware

We have used Drivalia for a number of years and tried to stay loyal to them. However after our experience with them today we will never used them again. They are obviously now trying to make money from customers who have not taken their insurance by highlighting “things” on return of the vehicle which you would never have considered when the vehicle was picked up. We were charged 25 euros for a missing piece of string that hold up the parcel shelf. This was never there in the first place. The lady who checked our car in lifted the boot as her first option and pointed it out to us straight away. She obviously knew in advance that it wasn’t there. Perhaps the people who rented the car prior to us had insurance with Drivalia and they weren’t able to benefit from a cash payment. Beware as this is a scam as a client who joined us on the bus to the airport said they had a similar experience. Drivalia are obviously trying to make additional revenue these scams. Our experience today was disgraceful.

Thank you for sharing your comments which came as a surprise to us, considering that you have rented vehicles with us seven other previous times, and you'd probably agree with the fact that no one would hire more than once a vehicle from a Company with the negative characteristics you've mentioned. It's a shame you're accusing us for making you pay for something that is not justified, in which case we invite you to factor in that all additional charges applied are sustained by an evidence which the customer is always invited to check for himself and hence we do not make any unfair charges nor we make money on client’s misfortunes. And since we too know the repercussions that an unhappy customer may bring to any business,, you can rest assured that we do not enjoy the fact of applying charges without a compelling reason leading to it.
We really wish you gave us the opportunity to make you change your mind by allowing us to serve you once more and hopefully with the best customer experience as usual. That being said, if in light of the above you instead decide not to, we wish you have a nice car hire experience elsewhere which makes you enjoy your time as much as you expect. .
